Sarah W Tenney, LPC

Over 18 years ago, my husband and I moved here after working at Young Life camps, Rockbridge (VA) and Saranac (NY). Having grown up in Westerville, Mike knew it would be a great place to raise our family. I quickly became a Buckeye fan and fell in love with this small city life.

When our daughters were starting to go to school, I returned as well. I attended Ashland Seminary earning a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and became licensed in the state of Ohio as a Professional Counselor. For nine years I worked in a private school/church setting and private practice, all the while dreaming of what would become LOVE WELL. LLC.

I am passionate about normalizing life for others through community and care. Our perspective shifts when we sit together and share the words me too. Choosing self-care and being intentional with our time, values, resources, relationships - and all of life really - are huge steps toward healthy living and being who we were created to be.

For me, faith also plays a role. I believe the Truth will set us FREE. Love and grace from God have significantly shaped who I am and how I practice as a family coach and counselor. If faith is fuzzy or looks different for you, please know that I want to sit with you right where you are. I hope you will allow me to hear your story and know that I will be sensitive to your individual needs.
