Anger is part of our human experience! AND navigating our full lives, caring for others, stress and lingering wounds sometimes causes anger come out big and unhealthy. I call it visiting Crazyville … that moment when anger wins and I react rather than respond. I do not move in my values and later realize again that I want so much more for them and me!
